Product: Multi PC-Strands Round and Rectangle Anchorage
This Multi PC-Strands Round and Rectangle Anchorage is designed to transfer prestressing forces of the post tension anchor to concrete structures. The anchorage system consists of steel plates with conical holes, conical grips, and a guide (trumpet). The trumpet or guide is used to connect the ducts and provides a flat surface for locating the bearing plate. The anchorage is divided into YM12.7, YM13, and YM18 types based on the diameter of the PC strand. It is mainly applicable to steel strands with a strength of 1860MPA-2000Mpa and below, ranging from 12.7mm to 17.8mm. For standard strength steel strands of 5mm-7mm high strength steel beam 1670Mpa, the anchoring system is suitable. With a wide range of options, the YM series is suitable for designing tension anchor systems between 0-12000KN, and the number of steel strands in the range is 55. Additionally, the post tension anchor includes the M series steel wire tension and anchor system, specifically the M13 anchorage which is suitable for 12.7-12.9mm steel strands.

Prestressing forces of the post tension anchor are transferred to the concrete structures through Anchorages. Anchorage for the Post Tensioning system normally comprises of a steel plates with a number of conical holes, the conical Grips and the Guide (Trumpet). Trumpet or Guide is used to connect the ducts and provides a flat surface for locating the Bearing Plate on it. As shown in the figure below:
